• Support Corporate Finance Director for the execution of corporate finance / M&A / advisory mandates, including pre-IPO / private equity investment in both sell side and/ or buy side capacity• Provide support and co-ordination in corporate finance matters.• Relevant knowledge of SGX listing rules and accounting policies.• Preparation of regular reports to track and monitor ongoing and pipeline deals.• Self-motivated and disciplined to monitor project timelines and adhere to deadlines.• Meticulous with an eye for details.• Closely monitor all matters that require follow-up or further directions.• An excellent team player who is able to engage internal and external stakeholders of all levels with good communicate skills and interpersonal skills.
