Headquartered in Singapore, Bossjob is a HRTech startup that connects companies in Southeast Asia to pre-screened experienced professionals at a fraction of traditional headhunting fees by removing the need for human consultants. Beginning with the Philippines, our one-stop solution offers instant communication, talent screening, robo-headhunting and more. We're a diverse team based across Singapore, Philippines and China and we welcome interns around the world to work with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm on marketing plans, promotional campaign and materials to drive sales and maximise profit
• Assist with Product Marketing Plan including strategy planning, market research, content development and execution of Product Launch
• Monitor and Identify SEA market trends (especially SG & PH) and implement marketing activities across social, digital and OOH media
• Assist in brand audit across existing marketing channels to improve content and ensure consistency in communications
• Assist in content development for monthly calendar
• Attend to community management on all social channels daily

Requirements:

• Must be active on socials
• A proactive attitude to work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Experience in SAAS products will be advantage

Good to have:

• Entrepreneur spirit & working experience in startup
