Join YTL PowerSeraya as a Digital Technology & Innovation Intern and gain hands-onexperience contributing to digital transformation initiatives across one of Singapore's leading energy companies. You will work with technology professionals, engineers, analysts and business users to solve real business challenges through digital technology that improve productivity, decision-making and operational performance.

Scope of InternshipDuring the internship, you will gain exposure to various areas of technology delivery and digital transformation within YTL PowerSeraya, including:

• Business Applications & Solutions - supporting the development, enhancementand adoption of business applications and digital solutions.
• AI, Automation & Innovation - exploring opportunities to improve productivitythrough AI, automation, low-code platforms and emerging technologies.
• Data & Business Insights - supporting reporting, dashboard development anddata-driven decision making through analytics and visualisation tools.
• Business Process Improvement - understanding business workflows, identifyingimprovement opportunities and supporting digitalisation initiatives.
• Project Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement - working with technology teams,business users and vendors throughout different stages of solution delivery and user adoption playbooks.
• Professional & Workplace Learning - developing technical, analytical,communication and problem-solving skills through hands-on project participation and mentoring opportunities.

This internship provides hands-on experience, industry exposure and opportunities to work on real-world digital initiatives, helping you build the skills and confidence for a future career in software engineering, AI, automation, analytics or digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics or related disciplines.
• Interest in working within Agile environments.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven and eager to learn, with the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Fast learner with a strong willingness to adapt to new tools, platforms, and technologies
