THE SCOPE 

Assist the marketing department in implementing online and offline campaigns.

• Involved in the planning of online and offline marketing campaigns
• Content creation for EDM and social media
• Assist in the execution of campaigns
• Performance monitoring and competitor research
• Brand collaborations and sponsorships

CRM

• Assist in membership campaigns and member events
• EDM content creation
• EDM uploading

Social Media

• Content creation and posting
• Social media account management
• KOL liaison and management

 EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Undertaking a Certification/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Management or Business
• Good command of both English & Mandarin, both written and verbal

PREFERRED SKILLS 

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office or Google Suites tools
• Design skills in editing software eg. Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator/Photoshop/Indesign, etc
• Ability to do motion graphic, gif and video is an advantage
• Knowledge in basic market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods, as well as numeracy skills
• Familiar with social media platforms and ecommerce
