Ying Mei Business Solutions Pte Ltd – Accounts Intern

Ying Mei Business Solutions Pte Ltd (Ying Mei) is a one-stop Artificial Intelligent (AI) accounting firm providing secretarial, bookkeeping and taxation services to SME and non-profit organizations. Our clients include F&B retails, cleaning companies, trading companies, investment holding companies, services rendering companies, MCST etc. 

Additionally, Ying Mei is managed by a group of young professional entrepreneurs. Our office is newly renovated in May'21 and situated at Paya Lebar Square which is just in front of Paya Lebar MRT.

For our internship program, you will be involved in the following tasks:

• Daily updates on receipts into accounting software (Eg: Xero, Quickbook, SQL, and our AI system)
• Checking and filing of sales invoices
• Preparation of payment to local vendors and updating it into the accounting system
• Prepare simple full set of accounts and perform Bookkeeping functions
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation, Audit Schedules, and other reconciliations
• Assist in month-end closing of accounts
• Assist to setup internal control process for client
• Any other duties/tasks assigned by supervisors
