- Strategic Planning & Management Consulting
- Deal Advisory as in M&A, restructuring etc.

- Regulatory Procedure Support
The M&A Advisory unit has immediate position for internship. The intern will have the hands-on opportunity to work with our consultants in the early stage of the deal making process and learn about the M&A process. Their main role will be to assist in research and data collection and analysis work. There may be other opportunistic tasks allocated based on the candidate’s interest and how the situation develops.
Learning Outcomes:
￭ Understand the M&A advisory line of work
￭ Be able to appreciate the full process of M&A from start to end
￭ Be able to gain research skills and learn how to use tools such as Orbis and SPEEDA
Requirements –
￭ Undergraduates in bachelor/masters course
￭ Positive attitude and keen to learn
￭ Work will be conducted in English. There can be opportunities to learn more about Japanese business culture and language if the candidate has interest in this area.
