Job Scope
- Manage data for analysis and consumer insights (e.g. Facebook analytics, Google analytics, online promotional tools)
- Post-mortem and analysis of campaign effectiveness
- Manage social medial channels for increased reach and engagement
- Monitor competitors' promotional efforts and effectiveness
- Collate information on Mystery Dining Programme for improved customers' experience
- Assist in any adhoc duties that may arise from time to time
Job Requirements
- Positive work attitude and interest in Marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Keen sense in data analysis and social media channels
- Interest in food photograghy, knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator would be a bonus
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
