Kosh Consulting Group – Marketing Intern

Kosh Consulting Group is looking for a creative, curious, and driven individual to join us as a Marketing Intern to support research and marketing initiatives across our suite of HR technology products, including our in-development AI executive coaching platform, in the fast-growing fields of Business Consulting, HR technology and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on HR tech and AI coaching trends to identify opportunities
• Support marketing efforts such as content creation, outreach, and campaign analysis
• Help promote our products and services, including our AI coaching platform
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and reports
• Collaborate with the team to refine marketing strategies and messaging

Qualifications:

• Ideally pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Social media experience, especially LinkedIn, is a plus
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proactive and creative mindset
