Job Description
The scope of work:
- Prepare basic documentations based on available templates for Project
- Prepare and submit transmittals as required by Project
- Ensure all documentations are archived in the server
- Expediting and following up with internal stakeholders to ensure documentations required for Customers are prepared or issued.
- Handle simple basic or purely administrative type of project execution work (mainly to ensure invoicing is completed)
- Any other ad-hoc administrative work as required by the Manager
- Mondays to Fridays - 9am to 6pm
