Job Description

HR Administration:

  • Provide administrative support to HR professionals.
  • Prepare HR-related correspondence and documents.
  • Assist in organizing HR-related events and meetings.

Employee Records and Documentation:

  • Maintain and update employee files and records.
  • Assist in the management of HR databases and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Employee Onboarding:

  • Coordinate onboarding schedules and activities for new employees.
  • Ensure all required paperwork is completed and filed.

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards and school internship portals.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment files and documentation.

 

  • Any other ad hoc assignments from your supervisor

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Diploma program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A strong desire to learn and develop HR skills.
