Job Description

Objectives of the
function

To support EI Service department in preparing quotations, tenders, align/enhance all internal processes, attending to call center inquires, attending to service reports, attending to repair inquires, filing, brochures, reports and all other works assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Able to prepare quotations, tenders, attend to weekly service reports, preparation of filing, service contracts, attending to call center inquires, updating of service and repair sales forecasts.
  • Updating of all filings, documentation, service reports, quality submission documentations/certifications and all other works required by Service department.
  • Be pro-active on attending to task assigned, aligning internal processes and documentation, updating common drive documentation templates, service reports, etc. and seeking ways to enhance daily work and internal processes.
