Job Description

Major Functions:

This role is part of the Digital team at WWF International Communications and Marketing Division based in Singapore, reporting to the Digital Engagement Manager.

The primary role is to assist in the performance evaluation of the digital channels of WWF. including campaign activity for Earth Hour over a six-month period. The role will involve working with dashboards to show content performance. The role will also involve researching new reporting platforms and working with the wider WWF network to deliver key social media and other digital metrics

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Digital Team by helping to monitor results of content delivered on global social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Work with analytic tools like Google Analytics to report on digital media engagement, identify trends and key learnings.
  • Create reports for senior management on the performance of WWF International content
  • Work with vendors like Tableau and other agencies to optimise the visuals for the broader WWF network
  • Liaise with partner agencies on innovative ways to improve reach and engagement reporting.
  • Support broader teams’ requests on an ad-hoc basis.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Advanced written and verbal English skills are a must, along with the maturity to work in a global, multi cultural environment
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Mailchimp
  • Willingness to learn and research about performance measurement
  • Willingness to learn about the global Earth Hour campaign and conservation goals of WWF
  • Interest in environmental and sustainability issues
