Job Description

Are you excited at the prospect of creating digital engagement strategies that address consumers’ needs and lead clients to success? Are you eager to work on multiple client projects across Asia Pacific at a large global digital agency? If so, we have the right opportunity for you.

As a customer experience planning intern at Wunderman you will:

  • Work with a cross-functional and cross-regional team that includes client leads, marketing strategists, data scientists, business analysts, creative talent, media planners, and researchers
  • Analyse data and present research from various sources to provide meaningful insights that help solve business challenges
  • Develop an understanding of clients’ business, their competition, and marketplace dynamics
  • Craft customer engagement strategies that inspire creative teams
  • Attend internal and external meetings including client, team, brainstorming and research study
  • Support the extended customer experience team, and look for additional opportunities that add client valu

To be considered you should have: 

  • Relevant background in Media, Communications, Psychology, Social Sciences, Anthropology, Design or Business
  • Inherent digital savviness and curiosity about people and their motivations
  • A proactive, eager-to-learn personality with a can-do attitude
  • Familiarity with qualitative and/or quantitative consumer research, tools and methodologies
  • A demonstrated ability to think both logically and laterally to help solve client business problems
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, coupled with a strong design aesthetic
  • Excellent communication, creative, and information-seeking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including stellar skills creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience handling multiple, simultaneous projects
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and priorities
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of an organisation
