Our Company (WWF) is a non-governmental organization that aims in building efforts to conserve the environment as well as endangered wildlife. Through our awareness campaigns and outreach activities, we aim to educate individuals from all walks of life on how a simple action can add up to make a big difference to our environment and safeguard the world’s biodiversity. We also work with businesses both locally and within the Asia Pacific region to help them identify sustainable business practices, as well as on how they can reduce their ecological foot print on the planet.
•Assist in recruitment of part-time coordinators at the ArtScience Museum, including job postings, pre-screening and interviewing of applicants
•Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including drafting and administering of contracts
•Manage schedule of part-time coordinators
•Provide training to new part-time coordinators
•Manage event booth as and when manpower is required
•Prepare time sheets and assist in payroll
•Assist with event merchandise
•Performs other appropriate duties upon request
