The HR (Benefits) Intern will partner with members of the HR team in Singapore and other cross-functional departments, providing support and being involved in employee benefits and wellbeing projects that support the whole organisation in the Asia Pacific Region.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Develop well-crafted communications and materials for internal employees to promote awareness and participation of wellbeing programs
- Work with HR vendors to set up wellbeing events or programs to ensure timely roll-out
- Develop effective measures of employee participation or success to wellbeing programs
- Ability to draft captivating copywriting campaigns, digital posters/brochures and visually-stunning presentations
- Participate in vendor meetings to articulate our requirements and track project progress
- Have an eye for details and the ability to proofread vendors' communications deliverables
- Develop a policy perceptive through drafting of benefits policy for multiple countries in the region
- Process improvement, data analysis and other administrative duties will also be assigned.
