Woopa Travels Pte. Ltd. – Tour Operations Management Intern

Founded in 2015, Woopa Group is a new generation travel agency and destination management company. The company manages the following leading tour operator brands: Monster Day Tours, Lion Heartlanders, 8xplore and UBE—each specializing in innovative tour concepts that connect culture, history, and community in meaningful ways. 

We're looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Tour Operations Management Intern. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the tourism industry—from logistics coordination and guest engagement to supporting real tours on the ground and online. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop core skills in tour planning and execution, customer service, and operations in a dynamic and professional environment. 

Responsibilities 

• Assist in pre-tour coordination, including packing of goods, and liaising with clients, tour guides, transport vendors, venues and stakeholders 
• Support post-tour tasks such as gathering guest feedback and online reviews (e.g. TripAdvisor, Facebook, Google Reviews) 
• Be involved in direct tour operations as a facilitator, coordinator, game master, or tech/admin support—both for physical and virtual tours 
• Track and manage tour logistics and inventory 
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients 
• Work closely with the sales and business teams to ensure seamless delivery of each tour 
• Assist with procurement of supplies and tour development when required

* A $50 transport allowance will be provided 

Requirements 

• Visually presentable and speaks in a warm and pleasant manner 
• Enjoys being on the ground and interacting with others 
• Comfortable with public speaking and confident in managing a group during activities or tours 
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized 
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus 
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of initiative
