Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor and report Operation work plan progress (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
- Daily operations logsheet check
- Carry out site check at ORF and EndUsers facilities
- Assist collect and analyze flow computer data from EndUsers site
- Notification follow up
- HSSE safety finding follow up
- Participate in Emergency Drill
- SOP and MSRA review/revalidation
- Assist on audit preparation
- RCA, MOC and Incident report follow up
- Documentation control
- Shadowing technician/engineer for site works
- Tracking of technician/ SIC
- Weekly/Monthly meter downloading
- Assist on innovation projects related to AI and new technology
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Background in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of hazard identification and risk assessment principles
- Familiarity with AI tools and their applications in engineering or workplace settings
- Strong technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Working Location: Jurong Island - Transport is provided to & fro MRT Stations (Jurong East / Boon Lay / Woodlands / Admiralty / Sengkang / Bishan / Tampines / Bedok / Outram Park)
