We are looking for a Finance Intern. You will be required to work closely with the finance manager and head of finance on all matters relating to finance.
What you'll do:
- Work closely with the team on Accounts Payables, including handling vendor invoices, staff expense claims payment and other payment processing
- Work closely with the team on Accounts Receivables, including AR collections/following up for overdue debts
- Full sets of accounts (AR, AP, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, balance sheet reconciliation, etc)
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and quarterly GST reporting
- Assist in the preparation of the financial report and analysis of financial performance
- Support other teams in identifying, verifying and improving the existing processes
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Who you are:
- You are a current or recent student in business administration, accountancy, general management or international business
- You have creative problem solving skills combined with strong analytical skill set
