Wieland Metals Singapore, founded in 1989, is the main representative of the Wieland Group in Asia. As a service center, with a state-of-the-art cold rolling mill, two high-performance slitting lines and eight milling lines, Wieland Metals Singapore offers a broad portfolio of strip in copper and high-performance alloys tailored to individual customer requirements. 

Responsibilities:

• Setting up new computers and networks for new employees.
• Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
• Organize and maintain IT resources
• Analyze the existing processes and implement new ideas to optimize processes.
• Providing support to IT staff by processing Purchase request, and other documentation duties.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all workstations are working properly.
• Prepare and maintain inventory record for all the IT equipment’s
• Ability to work well in teams
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Requirements:

• Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Good technical knowledge in maintaining Windows based systems and Microsoft Office
• Good verbal and writing skills in English
• Good communication and service skills
