About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editing Intern to join our content and marketing team. You will assist in editing video content for various platforms including social media and marketing campaigns. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment while building your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in editing short-form and long-form video content using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
Add music, graphics, text overlays, and effects to enhance video storytelling.
Organize and manage raw footage and project files.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand project goals and video briefs.
Ensure all edits meet brand guidelines and deadlines.
Stay up to date with the latest video trends and editing techniques.
Assist with other video production tasks as needed (e.g., filming, lighting setup, scripting).
Requirements
Basic proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut).
Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for content creation.
Prior editing experience (even personal or school projects) is a plus.
A portfolio is highly encouraged.
