Wemedia Consulting – Personal Assistant (Intern) 实习助理

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Consultant
• Assist with document preparation on Employee Motivation Project
• Assist with Brand Establishment services
• Scheduling and minute-taking
• Market research
• Other Ad Hoc duties assigned

Requirement:

• Current student taking degree in HR or management related courses would be preferred
• Proficient in both English and Chinese (required to handle documents in English and Chinese; required to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organisation skills, well-groomed with a strong sense of responsibility
• Detail-oriented, highly-motivated with positive cheerful attitude
• Able to work independently as well as in teams
• Ability to work with Private and Confidential matters
• Able to commit for at least 9 months
• May work from home on alternate days
• Willing and able to travel to client’s place when necessary
