* NOW HIRING: Customer Success Interns (May–July 2025) * Welcome Collective Pte Ltd* Role: Customer Success Officer (Intern) * Duration: May–July 2025 (3 months) * Stipend: $1,200/month * Incentives: Up to ~$1,000/month in bonuses! * Top performers may be offered a full-time position!
* What You'll Do: • Chat with overseas students & guide them through bookings ** • Answer enquiries with patience, warmth & professionalism • Explain listings, rental terms & booking procedures clearly • Coordinate with landlords & internal teams for smooth bookings • Follow up on leads & ensure successful student sign-ups
* We’re Looking For: * Fluent in spoken & written Chinese * Warm, responsive & trustworthy with students * Independent, proactive & results-driven * Familiar with online tools, messaging apps & CRM systems * Sales-driven mindset – good performance = better rewards!
* Location: Remote / Hybrid (Singapore-based preferred) * Openings: 3 positions only
