Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, processing and analysing of data, particularly in product movement, operations, and logistics
- Forecast demand and recommend ideal inventory levels to prevent stock out of products
- Assist in organization and optimization of product listing and categories to improve overall user experience.
- Identify additional data points currently not being collected, but will contribute to making better informed decisions
- Design, evaluate, recommend, and execute additional initiatives to increase data collection methods
- Prepare manuals and train workers in use of new reports, procedures or equipment, according to improvements to organizational processes
- Liaise with personnel concerned to ensure successful execution of newly implemented systems or procedures
- Where needed, assist operation team in planning of delivery schedule and financing of deliver partners
Skills and Qualifications
Microsoft Office - Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table). Macros and VBA are preferred but not required.
Fluency in Mandarin (so as to communicate effectively with operation team)

- Willing to commit long hours if needed during peak delivery periods
- Enjoy having autonomy in personal projects and taskings with minimal supervision
