This is a learning internship. Hence, interns do not require prior knowledge on Server Hardware and Server Operating Systems.
Key job scope includes:
Provide End-User Support (Desktop & Notebook)
Assist in Desktop Setups & Networking
Cyber Security Awareness
Perform Server Backups
General Technical Support
WIX & Squarespace website maintenance (Optional)
