Rently – Sales Support Intern

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in a startup environment. You'll work closely with the Hong Kong team to support sales, customer communications, marketing, and operational activities.

Your local knowledge and bilingual skills will help us build a trusted and customer-friendly experience for the Hong Kong market.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Hong Kong sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Translate marketing materials, emails, website content, and customer communications between English and Traditional Chinese.
• Review translated content to ensure it is culturally appropriate for Hong Kong audiences.
• Assist with customer enquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research on the Hong Kong rental market and competitors.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure customer information is accurate.
• Assist with customer onboarding and application support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
• Provide general administrative support to the Hong Kong business as required.

Requirements

• Current university student based in Singapore.
• Native or fluent in Traditional Chinese (Cantonese) and English.
• Strong written translation skills in both English and Traditional Chinese.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspaces.
