Join us in this Operations & Business Development Internship and learn what it takes to run a successful business. Immerse in the health & wellness industry, be surrounded by positive & vibrant individuals and have direct access to our leadership team to learn and grow. Learn from the ground up and work with different departments in the company including Operations, Marketing & Business Development. You will have frequent access to the Co-Founders, and be included in the weekly management meetings - having exposure to the strategy & insights of the company.
Tasks:
-Communicate, deliver exceptional customer service & build relationships with clients by speaking authentically about the brand and service
-Be the face of WeBarre and bring to life the values (community, empowerment & fun) in the start to end experience for all clients and employees so the studio becomes their happy place
-Assist in data analytics for the business development team and recommend insights based on the data on growing the member base
-Assist in operations across studio classes, virtual classes and merchandize inventory & fulfilment, learning how to run a successful business
-Assist in marketing, events, PR, collaborations and content creation
