You will work directly with the founder in a small, agile setup where you can gain exposure to both the technical and commercial sides of healthcare innovation.
This is not a highly structured classroom-style internship. It is best suited for someone who learns by doing, is comfortable with trial and error, and wants meaningful exposure to real business challenges.

Internship Format & Commitment
The ideal candidate should be able to commit to an extended internship arrangement of up to 2 years, on a best-availability basis.
This typically means working during school holidays and selected periods during the academic year, with flexibility around the intern’s school schedule.
This format allows the intern to build deeper, longer-term experience instead of only completing a short internship with limited exposure.
Through this internship, you will gain:

Scope of Work
A. Technical Sales & Product Support — 20%
You will help ensure that our hardware and software systems are properly set up, tested and ready for customer use.
This is not a hard-coding role. The work is more practical and hands-on, involving system setup, testing, troubleshooting and optimisation.
Examples of tasks include:
• Setting up off-the-shelf desktop computers and peripheral equipment
• Testing and optimising Windows 11 systems, motherboards, GPUs, 3D cameras and related peripherals
• Running performance and reliability tests
• Preparing systems before customer delivery
• Trying out new hardware configurations• Troubleshooting basic technical issues
• Supporting hands-on product setup and after-sales activities where required
B. New Business Development — 80%
Once the core technical work is running smoothly, you will also support new business development activities.
This gives you exposure to how new products are evaluated, positioned, tested and introduced into the market.
Examples of tasks include:
• Supporting outreach and basic marketing activities
• Assisting with website content, basic website updates and social media engagement
• Supporting customer conversations, product demonstrations and follow-ups
• Researching new products, markets and partnership opportunities• Helping shape how we present and position our products and services
• Assisting with business development projects involving healthcare innovation and future medical technologies
This internship develops skills closely aligned with the World Economic Forum’s future-of-work priorities, including analytical thinking, resilience, adaptability, technical problem-solving and commercial awareness.
Past interns have gained early exposure to this type of role, giving them a practical head start in areas that are increasingly relevant to future healthcare, medtech and technology-related careers.
