Set up by a team of passionate entrepreneurs and humanists in Singapore in 2016, we are now looking for our first Head of Operations to help us scale as we aim to become the leading online platform for recruitment of migrant workers.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate operations and manage the Operations teams (hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, employee development, team building, etc.)
Design the relevant processes to ensure smooth and scalable operations
Define the team standards and set up the right KPIs for the team
Monitor team productivity and efficiency, and report on operational performance
Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization and suggest improvements
Develop initiatives to improve operations and ensure best customer satisfaction and retention
Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
Requirements:
5 to 8 years proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Manager or similar management role
Prior people management experience required
Prior Customer Service experience required
Strong operations management skills
Prior experience in a startup or SME preferred
Strong analytical and strategic mindset
Experience with implementing IT systems
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
Working Condition
5 day work week (4 week days and either Saturday or Sunday)
