Work location: Tanjong Pagar
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Allowance: $1300 - $1800 per month
Duties:
- Recruitment
- Drafting and posting of job advertisements on online platforms
- Screening of candidates and interview arrangements
- Payroll
- Responsible for part-timers’ payroll computation
- Checking of staff attendance
- Staff Leave
- Tracking and updating staff’s leave
- Staff Accommodation
- Ensure proper procedures and tracking of staff checking-in and -out of staff house
- In charge of house keys
- Training Course Coordination
- Source for and liaise with external vendors for basic food and hygiene courses
- Other HR administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
●Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
●Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) or business-related course
●Able to work independently or as a team
●Able to start immediately
●Singaporean/those who do not require work passes
●No experience required, guidance will be provided
