The Ascott Limited – Intern, Global Sales Management

Responsibilities

• To prepare rates agreements, ensure rates and profiles are created in the systems
• To conduct audits on various sales systems to ensure data integrity
• To assist Global Sales Mgt team in new initiatives, new systems roll-out exercises
• To provide sales support to Global Sales team (e.g. generating of production reports etc)

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or IT
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Good organization skills
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Neat and meticulous
