WE Communication – Internship Programme
Our internship programme provides graduate who has strong passion in Public Relations the opportunity in gaining practical work experience through on-job training, you will be assigned to our Account Servicing Team to participate in various activities and projects from which you will gain valuable insights for your career development by learning more about yourself and lay solid foundation for our career.
The internship programme is under 3-6 months full time basis. Interested parties must be able to commit a minimum 3 months full time training. Full time employment may offer to intern upon the completion of the internship programme based on work performance and business needs.

Knowledge
- Stays informed about clients’ industries including their technologies, products, target markets and competitors.
- Has an awareness of research analytics tools and platforms, stays abreast of new marketing analytics technologies, offerings and capabilities.
- Share information about the latest trends in the field of marketing, research, data and other related field within the team as well as to broader audiences; acting as a brand evangelist for the I&A division.
Data Acquisition and Analysis
- Help to gather insights, identify trends and make recommendations based on analytical work in a succinct and straightforward manner.
- Is able to sift through volumes of data to identify critical consumer insights, develop hypotheses and assist in making recommendations to a non-research and measurement audience.
- Help to unveil significant patterns and correlations in large sets of data.
Project management
- Helping to own project-level work and deliverables for small projects or phases of larger projects.
- Assists the team in the design of project outcomes, work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports to lay out the progression and scope of the project.
Job Requirements:
•University or Polytechnic graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Library Sciences or related field preferred
•Good translation skills, be able to translate Chinese articles into English or vice versa is a bonus
•Ability to work with complex relational databases and write Boolean searches
•Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel (PivotTables and other data tools), and PowerPoint (must be able to visualize data in order to convey a compelling story).
