Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Inventory data entry – transfer, billing, update of inventory pricing, inventory adjustment, etc
  • Verify daily cash / collection, sales reconciliation and raise invoices / sales journal
  • Assist in payment, reimbursement, issuing of cheques, bank reconciliation, etc
  • Answering phone calls and attends to customers / suppliers
  • General administrative duties
  • Provide operational support to the team
  • Ensure proper and accurate paperwork
  • Filing and sorting of documents
  • Perform other duties as assigned
