As a Content Specialist, you will be trained to perform:

- Content Strategy & Planning: Identifying the right content strategy aligned with the goals and creation of content topics and calendar in accordance with the strategy

- Content Research: Researching and fact finding to ensure accurate content development

- Content Creation & Editing: Development of quality content in appropriate tone compliant to business' (branding/ style) guideline and in accordance to best practices. Proof reading and editing for user readability, errors in grammar/ spelling/ punctuation/ sentence structure and content accuracy. 

- Project Management: Maintenance and management of the content/ editorial calendar and ensuring strict deadlines are met. 

In addition to acquiring the above skill sets, you will also be trained to use specialized tools and platforms that aids in your content strategy, planning, creation and editing.
