Purpose of the job:

• In this role, this person will work upon supporting the demand planning and delivery process mainly for data compilation and analysis along with Demand planning manager for Management review and decision making. He/ She will also gain understanding about overall truck industry and demand planning process.
• Support speed up Management reporting and analysis to meet the deadlines along with aim to improve data accuracy, efficiency.
• To supporting improving management presentation and communication.
• To work on system to process data and support new project for SOP&D assigned role.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Closely learn and work with Demand planning and Delivery Managers for data compilation and analysis.
• Develop master database for inventory planning, and synergise multiple reports to improve data analytics for S&OP team.
• To work on system to process data and support new project for SOP&D assigned role.

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and interest in automotive industry
• Highly motivated, Integrity and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
• Advance knowledge of MS office. Preferably expert in Excel with Marcos and coding skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interest in sales and marketing operations
• Fluency in English

Education:

• Engineering background from any specialization (automotive, mechanical & aerospace, electrical & electronics and computer)
• Knowledge of data analysis and coding
