The intern will perform a variety of administrative duties to support the customer service team in handling orders, filling and operational excellence.
Main Task/Responsibilities:
- Handles regular customer service such as placing of manual orders for Class2/3 that cannot be processed in POL.
- Process shipping documents and confirming full set is received from forwarders to file.
- Support the team in releasing COBA 5 orders
- Support the team to update UD GRN inbound file
- Support to encode approved claims in team place for all brands (APQI)
- Support the team to print daily discrepancy report
- Filling of all discrepancy claim documents according to category (Approved claims, Rejected, Pending returns)
- To develop an efficient filling system to make updating and retrieving discrepancy files easier.
- Filling of shipping documents (BL, invoice, COO)
Key Skills/Personal Competencies
- Undergraduates pursuing Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields
- Dependable, responsible and have great customer service attitude.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working Location : 27 Penjuru Lane Singapore (Company Transport Provided)
Working Hours : Mon – Fri / 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
Duration : From September – December 2018
Position can be full time or part time depending on availability of candidate.
