Vistra Singapore – Intern, Fund Services

As a unique player in the industry with a truly balanced geographic spread, we are now seeking the following position based in Singapore.

• Sit down with relationship managers to understand the daily procedures and workflow in relation to specific tasks
• Create work flow documents detailing the step-by-step procedures to act as guides for people new to the tasks
• Help create macros to simplify tasks
• Work with our accounting system to migrate data and automate reporting
• To go through the Fund Documents of various Funds and make a ‘Bible’ listing all keys terms and processes
• Create a generic checklist/form that can be used to future funds to summarize the Fund Documents
• Help the team in any ad-hoc tasks that they might need assistance in
• Strong Excel Knowledge (VBA and coding knowledge is preferred)
• Proficiency in other MS Office Application
