Key Responsibilities

• Perform World Check, google screenings and risk assessments. Check DMS to extract CDD information such as service agreement, ID details etc.
• Update CDD risk rating; perform data entry of PEP Profile form for new PEP Clients into a database system
• Update the exception registers into a database system for Clients that have gone through the Business Committee approval
• Assist to review new Client on-boarding packs, provide findings and generate risk profiles
• Check/review Client files to provide final approval
• Assist with monthly Compliance Monitoring Program (CMP) reporting
• To assist with physical filing and archiving of CDD records to warehouse as and when required
• Other ad hoc assistance as may be required by the Compliance team

Requirements

• Willing to learn
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• 'O'/'A' Levels and above or equivalent
