- Job Description
- Handling full sets of accounting functions, including AP, AR and GI
- Prepare GST, employment tax, and cooperate Tax submission.
- Perform banking and monthly bank reconciliation
- Monitor AR aging and collections
- Tally financial statement with auditor report
- Liaise with auditor and tax agent for year end closing
- Prepare cash flow report, cash requisition report, create open order report format to match orders are tally with customers open order report
- Chase monthly payment with clients before closing date, tally Murho and Quickbooks data associated with accounting activities
- Record leave record, apply work permits for employees
- Perform payroll, CPF, and other associated with HR activates
- Manage petty cash, reimbursements for employee claims.
