Management Associate Programme
VF+c is launching our very own Management Associate Programme as we are constantly on the lookout for exceptional talent to join our dynamic and professional team. Whether you are a Strategist, Project Manager or Creative, we welcome you. But don’t be too fixated on the individual job functions as we are more interested to develop talent to take on hybrid roles. Our Management Associate Programme seeks to provide mentorship, training, and development of skills and character to talent who wish to work for startups of the future. Through this programme, our associates will be able to work on a diverse range of client and in-house projects across the Company specializations: 1) Business Strategy, 2) Marketing Management, 3) Project Consultancy, 4) Brand Development
Scope of work includes but is not limited to:
- Deep analytical research
- Copywriting, content creation, database management, design (if applicable)
- Crafting effective business tools to champion client business growth
- Contributing to the strategy and planning stages of each project
- Third party liaison and coordination
- Tracking and reporting on project deliverables
- On-ground execution support for event and marketing based projects
- Digital Strategy, Marketing and Social Media Management
Requirements:
We are looking for self-starters with an aptitude for juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
