Learning Steps :

1. Communication and engagement skills: proactively and effectively communicate with customers of our products and on going promotion
2. Detailed and Go Getter mentality: handle daily sales transactions meticulously and target driven 
3. Up keeping of work environment: maintain high quality and comfortable shopping experience for both customers and staffs.

Prerequisites for joining:

• Provide commitment for at least 4-6 months
• Pleasant disposition and well-groomed
• Energetic team player
• Positive mindset and can do attitude
• Understand and accept shift schedule based on retail hours (Opening hour: 10am-10pm)
• Singaporeans that are fresh to the workforce

Entitlement:

• 44hours, 5 days per week (2 Off days per week)
• Career advancement: Possible conversion to full time position base on performance
