Friday Feeling Pte Ltd – Retail Operations Intern

SQUEE is a Singapore fashion footwear brand specialising in stylish, comfortable footwear designed for everyday wear.

We are looking for a responsible, outgoing and hands-on Retail Operations Intern to join our team and help manage the day-to-day operations of our retail store at Dunearn Village.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in fashion, retail, e-commerce and customer service and wants to gain real experience working in a growing local fashion brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

Retail & Customer Service

* Welcome and assist customers in-store

* Help customers with product selection, sizing and styling

* Process purchases and exchanges using our POS system

* Provide friendly and personalised customer service

* Handle customer enquiries professionally

Store Operations

* Ensure the store is clean, organised and well-presented

* Replenish and organise stock

* Assist with stock counts and inventory checks

* Receive and arrange new stocks

* Assist with opening and closing of the store

* Ensure products are properly displayed and presented

E-commerce & Brand Support

* Assist with online orders and fulfilment when required

* Support Shopify/POS-related tasks

* Assist with simple product photography and social media content

* Gather customer feedback and share observations with the team

* Assist with pop-ups, events and other retail activities when required

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Responsible and reliable

* Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers

* Proactive and willing to take initiative

* Interested in fashion and retail

* Organised and detail-oriented

* Comfortable working independently

* Willing to get hands-on with both customer service and operational tasks

* Able to commit to 5 days per week, including weekends

Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required. We are more interested in your attitude, willingness to learn and ability to interact well with customers.
