Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, Manage and Deliver Client Projects in 2 service pillars (Language services, Digital Learning OR Global Creative Design)
  • Assess Needs, Prepare and Provide Proposals/Timelines and Perform Corporate Presentation to Clients
  • Maintain close working relationships with clients
  • Develop project strategies, timelines and budgets
  • Work closely with Vendor Management, Marketing, Editorial, IT and Publishing teams
  • Proactively communicate with clients regarding project status, queries from vendors and other issues
  • Prepare reports for clients and the management team
  • Any other misc tasks as required by the Project Management department & Senior Management

Requirements:

  • Singaporeans only
  • Degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Arts and Marketing, or IT
  • Must be Organized
  • Basic knowledge in IT and Internet
  • Good English communication and presentation skills
  • Good Team Player
  • Good Situational, Analytical skills and Is resourceful
  • Knowledge in other Foreign Languages a plus (in order to liaise with Foreign language speaking associates)
