Valuelink Pte Ltd is a leading company in the Mother and Baby industry in 1989. We are growing and establishing an omni-channel presence and are looking for motivated and detailed individuals to join our online team

• Assisting with the overall day to day responsibilities of E-Commerce operations in sites and platforms, including data input, classification, sorting, filing, sales reporting, and settlement, and other related documents.
• Assist in Ecommerce processing order fulfillment and inventory management
• Monitor and maintain inventory movement and product listings on multiple channels
• Assist in the selection and assortment of products in multiple channels, and analyze key elements of each brand
• Handle customer service enquiries relating to products and services and after-sales services
• Work closely with E-commerce operations, brand managers, marketing and customer service team
• Able to take on ad hoc tasks based on team priorities
