Job Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of the marketplace lending operations from client onboarding, account servicing, document management, loan processing, etc. through on-the-job training.
Work with the team to identify areas to improve workflow efficiency, error reduction and risk management
Involve in UAT testing for a new lending engine for marketplace lending
Checking systems functionality/bugs, and ensuring business/operational requirements are met in the features before releases
Document processes via flow charts, diagrams, tables and written description in a centralised cloud location
Identifying metrics and dashboard to help measure productivity
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT or related disciplines
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and other MS Office software
Methodological, analytical and driven
Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proactive team player but with the ability to work independently
