Upsight – Operations Executive

Upsight is an ecosystem builder and insights platform that helps companies unlock market opportunities and forge meaningful partnerships. We do this through high-level events, innovation programmes and initiatives, bespoke market advisory and venture building. One of our flagship initiatives is ChargedUp — a fast-growing ecosystem focused on the future of electric mobility in Southeast Asia.

As we grow, we're looking for a highly organised and dependable Operations Executive to join our team. This role supports key internal operations and administration, programme & event logistics, client coordination, and marketing execution — ideal for someone who wants to learn how a company is built from the inside out.

Project & Event Coordination

• Support planning, logistics, and smooth execution of programmes, events and initiatives 
• Coordinate vendors, venues, timelines, and operations checklists 
• Follow up with partners and clients on deliverables and timelines 

Marketing Operations & Campaign Support

• Support marketing campaign execution
• Assist in managing marketing timelines and content calendars
• Update and maintain CRM system with leads generated

Operations & Admin

• Support finance processes such as invoicing, tracking and liaising with accountants 
• Helping to improve internal processes and operational workflows
• Other administrative and operational tasks as required
