Account Manager (Fresh graduate/with sales background are welcome)

What you will do:

• Responsible of supporting growth of established merchants
• Responsible for growing individual portfolio of key accounts within platform
• Responsible for identifying key needs and requirements of merchants in Singapore market and relaying requirements to product team
• Monitor and tracking merchant’s performance
• Analyze vendor performance data and develop strategic plans to boost merchant’s performance
• Capable in working within cross functional settings
• Capable of driving key initiatives to benefit broader merchant ecosystem

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in any field
• Fresh Graduates with good internship experience are welcome to apply
• Candidate with sales background are welcome to apply
• With 1-2 years of related experience in E-commerce industry added advantage
• Self-driven & independent
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge in excel is welcomed
