Job Description
- Act as brand ambassador by delivering personalized and empathetic interactions that exceed customer expectations
- Provide quality support for incoming enquiries via calls, email or walk in
- Liaise with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve client issues where applicable
- Take ownership of client issues and follow through to resolution
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, pain points and areas for improvement.
- Other ad hoc duties as necessary
