- Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To perform a routine task using prescribed procedures.
- Provide system installation and service at customers' site and/or in-house.
- Basic troubleshooting, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and field modifications.
- Maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
- Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
