We are offering a marketing platform to service providers by packaging their offerings in our gift experience platform.

Job Description
  1. Data entry
    • Input data using Microsoft Excel and update/maintain back-end system of company web portals
    • Input and organise merchants information with ACCURACY i.e. contact info, payment amount to merchants, package details
    • Abstract merchants' company info from their website or directly from merchants
    • Cross-check info on merchants websites or directly with merchants i.e. food menu prices, addresses/locations, opening hours, reservations details 
    • Input info onto contracts for merchants
  2. Researching and to be kept updated on latest F&B trends and new restaurant/prospective merchants openings i.e. monitoring/reading online articles and social media influencers such as food/lifestyle bloggers and lifestyle articles on TimeOut, Honeycombers, Chope, Burpple, etc.
    • Submit the shortlisted prospective F&B brands on fortnightly basis
    • Search for contact info of the selected F&B brands i.e. Name of person, email address and tel number
  3. Assist to coordinate in setting up meetings with prospective merchants
  4. Assist to coordinate between merchants and partnership manager
  5. Assist in paperwork and other admin work i.e. sending out samples and documents to merchants
  6. Assist in updating and maintaining content info on company web portals

Requirements:
- Only undergraduate students undertaking business-related Diploma or Degree will be considered
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and organised
