Ulink Assist Pte Ltd – Medical Assistance Operations Intern

Founded in 1996, Ulink Assist is one of Singapore’s leading medical assistance providers. Every year we make more than 1,000 arrangements for patients to receive medical treatment in Singapore. We have working relationships with all the private and government healthcare providers, and the majority of our clients are from Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Cambodia and China.

We are looking for a Medical Assistance Operations Intern for the Ulink Group of companies, including Ulink Assist, SilverAlly and SilverFleet, who is interested to learn more about the healthcare and eldercare industry:

• Research on medical conditions and procedures
• Make medical appointments and arrange hospital admissions
• Liaise with panel doctors, hospitals and insurance partners
• Assist client requests for transport arrangements, nursing and therapist services and purchase of eldercare equipment
• Administrative tasks related to the cases

Students can look forward to gaining a deeper understanding of the medical and eldercare industry in Singapore, as well as develop critical problem-solving skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
